Volunteering with the Unionville Business Improvement Area (BIA) during the Unionville Festival is a great way to give back to the community while having fun at the same time. As a volunteer, you can help with a variety of tasks such as setting up booths, directing traffic, and assisting vendors. You’ll have the opportunity to meet new people, learn new skills, and make a positive impact on your community. The Unionville Festival is a beloved event that draws crowds from all over the region, and by volunteering with the BIA, you’ll play an essential role in making it a success.
Unionville Festival has played a significant role in my life, starting when I volunteered in grade 9 and continuing as I now serve as the Festival Coordinator. Both the festival and Unionville Main Street hold a special place in my heart. Each year, new memories are created for both me and the visitors – from jumping on inflatables and watching dog/cat shows to enjoying cultural food, participating in the rubber duck race, and exploring the gems of Unionville Main Street! There truly is something for everyone! Wait until you see what we have in store for 2024!
