Unionville Festival Parade
The Unionville Festival Parade is an annual tradition that signals the start of summer in Unionville. The beloved parade will not take place during the 2025 Unionville Festival due to the ongoing Main Street Restoration. While we’ll miss this cherished tradition, we look forward to welcoming it back in the years to come, bigger and better than ever. Thank you for your understanding as we work to preserve and enhance our historic Main Street for future celebrations!
The Unionville Festival began in 1969 when residents marched in protest to protect historic Main Street Unionville from potential harm due to road widening. Their successful protest demonstrated the community’s commitment to preserving its heritage. Since then, the Unionville Festival parade has become a vibrant celebration, attracting thousands to Main Street for a dazzling display of floats, music, and community.
