Unionville Festival Parade

The Unionville Festival Parade is an annual tradition that signals the start of summer in Unionville. The beloved parade will return for the 2026 Unionville Festival following the transformative Main Street Restoration.

The Unionville Festival began in 1969 when residents marched in protest to protect historic Main Street Unionville from potential harm due to road widening. Their successful protest demonstrated the community’s commitment to preserving its heritage. Since then, the Unionville Festival parade has become a vibrant celebration, attracting thousands to Main Street for a dazzling display of floats, music, and community.
